We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any items purchased through our website, at events, or through direct sales.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@newleemade.com so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damages and issues
